Pricing · Pay for output, not seats

Free to try. Pay per estimate.

No per-seat licenses. Start with a free no-login takeoff, then pay only for the estimates you actually generate — about $25–$75 each, far less than the bidding day each one replaces.

How credits work

You pay for estimates, not for opening the app.

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. Generating one estimate — uploading plans, getting the AI takeoff, and pricing it — draws roughly $25–$75 of credit depending on how big the plan set is. Logging in, browsing, editing a saved estimate, or re-pricing to new rates costs nothing extra. It's a pay-for-output model: the cost scales with the bids you produce, and each one still costs a fraction of the billable day a manual takeoff would burn.

Questions

Pricing — FAQ

What is a credit / what does an estimate cost?
Each estimate you generate draws roughly $25–$75 of credit depending on plan size. Plans include a monthly credit allowance, and you only spend credit when you run an estimate — not for logging in.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. You get credits on signup to run your first estimate, and you can see an AI takeoff with no login at all before you ever create an account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever your bidding volume changes.
What counts as one estimate?
One estimate is one project run through the takeoff-and-pricing pipeline. Re-pricing or editing an estimate you already generated does not cost another credit.
Do you offer refunds?
If an estimate fails to generate, that credit is not consumed. For billing questions, contact us and we will make it right.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up credits or move to a higher plan at any time. Your work is saved either way.
